The World Kick Boxing Organisation in association with the eminent Kick Boxing Board of Control and The World Kick Boxing Championship provides this Application Form to be duly delivered to our Registered Office in the U.K.:

As a registered member you or any person that you give your assigned secure Internent Access Code may verify online 24/7 your accreditations, recognised standing within the ranks of your obtained competency level. The information also provides for Details of your record in Wins, Losses, and Draws at Tournament level, as well as details of any Titles, Trophies, Medals or Certificates won. These details held by ourselves include your photograph.
Registered Membership provides the acknowledged route to being eligible to fight at The World Kick Boxing Championship organised and staged by our Organisation whose qualifying events will be held in The U.K., Holland, France, Germany, Russia, Thailand, China, USA, Canada, India, Pakistan, and Japan. All events will be overseen by The Kick Boxing Board of Control and whose officials form the award presentation in September 2010. The Membership registration fee for each applicant is set at Five Levels :
- Level 1 - £49 per annum. Adult (18-50) inclusive of £10 going to your registered Club, in order to help with their funds.
- Level 2 - £39 per annum. Age Range (12-18) inclusive of 5 going to your registered Club.
- Level 3 - £29 per annum. Age Range (up to 12) inclusive of 5 going to your registered Club.
- Level 4 - £21 per annum. Adult (51+) inclusive of 5 going to your registered Club.
- Level 5 - £65 per annum. Competition Level.
Where you intend to enter International & European Tournaments in order to Win a Title or Prize and be recognised by our Organisation as having obtained that level of competency. To upgrade or change your online internet listing is £3 Make Payments payable to: MTA. We also provide links to the type of Insurance cover that you need at realistic rates.
